Microloc Maintenance Policy

Microloc maintenance appointments are scheduled every 6 weeks.
If maintenance exceeds 7 weeks from the previous appointment, a $30 late fee will apply for each week past the 7-week grace period (prorated weekly).
Clients whose maintenance interval extends beyond the prescribed schedule may require an extended appointment or additional services to restore optimal loc placement; extra service time and fees will be communicated prior to booking.
Repeated failure to maintain scheduled microloc maintenance may affect service eligibility and future booking privileges.

Payment and Rebooking

All fees, including deposits, same-day cancellation fees, late fees for microloc maintenance, and any additional charges, must be paid in full before services are rendered or before rebooking is permitted.
We accept payment at the time of service or online as directed by our salon staff.

Policy Enforcement and Exceptions

These policies are enforced consistently to protect appointment availability and the quality of service for all clients.
Exceptions are rare and granted only at management’s discretion in cases of documented emergencies.
By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to these policies.
